Shannon handle a very difficult situation with Grace and professionalism. Regarding the house we were selling, she did a fantastic job, especially once we got into contract. There was some sticky situation with the roof and she did great negotiating in regards to cost to repair. Also, the house we were selling was quirky and could be difficult to Market.
